##### Founder, CEO & CDMO

I founded SM2Communicate in 2012 to bring a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to digital marketing, built on trust and doing things properly, not just growth for growth's sake. Fourteen years on, I lead SM2C as Founder, CEO and Chief Digital & Marketing Officer, advising boards and executive teams on digital strategy, data governance and risk-aware transformation, alongside hands-on HubSpot and marketing delivery.

Outside SM2C, I've chaired risk governance meetings, worked with AI governance frameworks and guardrails, and led business continuity and incident-response planning for organisations that needed it done properly. I've held budget accountability of up to £2m and led senior teams and partner ecosystems delivering programmes across the UK and internationally. I'm also a Visiting Lecturer in Digital Strategy and Marketing at the University of Hertfordshire Business School.

When I'm not working, you'll find me on a netball court, coaching or umpiring.

I started at SM2Communicate in 2023 after completing my A levels.  I continued working here whilst studying Business at Nottingham Trent University which I graduated from in July of 2026 with a 2:1.  When not studying I enjoy implementing my learning to support our client's campaigns.

From managing email marketing campaigns to conducting comprehensive market research, I thrive on the diverse challenges of the digital marketing landscape. I ensure that every aspect of our client's brand presence resonates authentically with their audience. From keeping their website fresh with regular updates to curating social media content, I'm dedicated to enhancing their online footprint and fostering meaningful connections with their communities.
