# Meet Matt, The Boss

Whether he’d like to admit it or not, Matt has been a prodigy in the business world.

After creating hisfirst successful businessat 14 (a board wax company for skateboarding, snowboarding, & surfing), Matt found his passion for the tech industry. Matt became the owner, creator, and seller of the medical IT firm Compex, a top-100 MSP that partnered with powerhouses such as Microsoft and Intel.

After selling his MSP, Matt sought out his thrills by flying airplanes & helicopters, skydiving, and tearing up mountain slopes. However, his greatest adventure is returning to the MSP industry by founding Tactics Marketing.

Matt shares his vast MSP wisdom to help owners develop their businesses’ voices and cut through the crowded IT industry to reach their ideal clients. Using his insider knowledge of running an MSP, Matt can relate to his clients on a deeper level and craft marketing strategies that cater to MSPs' distinct needs and challenges.

With his invaluable experience (and perhaps even his aviation skills), Matt is determined to help each of his clients reach new heights in the MSP industry.
