We continuously look for new ways to improve ecos products. Technology, design, and especially in our service capabilities. Our new “Hybrid Solutions” and “Rent – Service Only” models now include [ecos care](/products/ecos-care?hsLang=en), our comprehensive, worry-free support package that includes a mobile management app.

## Service Plans

ecos Systems strives to ensure a seamless and superior user experience.

### ecos Care

-   Telephone support (Mo - Fr 8am - 5pm)\*
-   Access to online help center (user guides, how-to videos, release notes)
-   Software updates & upgrades
-   Remote maintenance via remote access
-   Training of new employees (by phone)
-   20 % discount on spare parts

\***Note**: On-Premises system customers must purchase Telephone support separately

### ecos Care Plus

-   Includes all ecos Care plan services
-   24-hour telephone & remote service
-   Warranty parts coverage for all ecos systems hardware\*
-   Outbound & inbound express delivery

\***Notes**: Defective parts must be returned for evaluation. Extended warranty purchased after two years includes a $500 reactivation fee. Does not include 3rd party software or hardware costs, or full system hardware upgrades.
