We believe in delighting our customers with innovative products, but at the same time having a minimal impact on the environment. That is why we received the ISO 14001 certificate for environmental management in 2021. Extending the locker system is no rocket science and can be done within minutes. #### **Space-efficient design** We do not have the need for dedicated technical compartments. Therefore our electronic lockers save space, weight, material & costs. ### Eco-friendly terminals *“Built to last”* and not built for 2 years. Most of the terminals are made out of plastic in order to reduce cost. However, only upfront costs are reduced. Over the product lifecycle the financial but also the ecological and CO² costs are higher than our steel & stainless steel terminals. ### Responsible product design Since design is the first step in making the best use of resources across the entire development and production process, we take utmost care of it from the start. That’s less than the most energy efficient washing machine on the market (2022). This is made possible by having developed an energy-saver mode. Additionally, for nine months on average each year, outside air serves as the principal source of cooling. So we are already in a better position to fulfill our commitment.
