Hutch Landlord Insurance is designed for residential landlords renting out standalone dwellings, terraces, duplexes and non-strata units to tenants on either short or long-term agreements. The product offers Building, Contents or combined cover, along with protection for legal liability and digital threats. Quoting is quick and specific to addresses, featuring an underwriting question set that aims to provide automatic decisions for over ninety per cent of submissions.
