Always held the last Wednesday in May, National Senior Health & Fitness Day is the nation's largest annual health and wellness event for older adults.

National Senior Health & Fitness Day is organized as a public-private partnership by the Mature Market Resource Center, a national information clearinghouse for the older adult market.

    Join us on May 27, 2026, for the 33rd Annual National Senior Health and Fitness Day! We will have a variety of vendors and giveaways. Our goal is to promote the importance of physical activity and connect you with local organizations that will provide information and  
    resources. 

    Join Chad for a special class focused on improving mobility and balance. This class will feature low-impact  exercises designed to enhance stability, flexibility, and  coordination. Participants will learn practical  movements that can be applied to everyday life to help  
    reduce the risk of falls and improve overall balance
