Wyma Horizontal Debris Remover is suitable for both wet and dry produce, whether it is dirty or not, such as potatoes, beets, swedes, celeriac, and other similar items. With camera grading technology now being standard in many packhouses, having clean produce is essential for optical machines to function properly. One or more debris removers are critical components of the production line. The Horizontal Debris Remover consists of a conveyor belt with soft rubber pintle fingers that support the produce while catching smaller or stringy debris. A rotating powered diagonal sweep roller gently redirects the produce to the side and towards the outfeed chute. Debris falls through the pintles to the base of the belt and is carried under the sweep roller to the waste chute at the end of the machine. The gap between the sweep roller and the belt is adjustable to control the size of debris removed. Additionally, the sweep roller has an anti-jamming mechanism that allows larger objects to pass between the roller and the belt. ## Features - High quality pintle belt is long lasting and great for collecting debris - Product outfeed chute gently guides produce to the next stage in your line.
