The Wyma Mini Wet Hopper is ideal when in-line buffer storage and produce soak is required at the end of a line. It is suitable for most clean or dirty root vegetables, including carrots, potatoes, parsnips, beet, rutabaga and other round or tubular products.

The Mini Wet Hopper system provides:  

-   produce soak with air agitation to remove adhered soils
-   surge storage where incoming product flows do not match the capacity of downstream equipment
-   a soft entry for tipping produce
-   settled dirt collection and removal
-   line flow control

Removed soil and debris collect in the hopper underneath the floor and elevator. Drain valve periodically discharges slurry build-up in the base of the tank.  
The outfeed elevator length can be customised to eliminate the need for bridging elevators. Built from heavy stainless steel, the Mini Wet Hopper is solid and robust, requiring very low maintenance

-   Access hatch\* for full access for maintenance and cleaning.
-   Automatic dump valve\* controlled, periodic removal of sand and dirt.
-   Water spray bar on elevator\* rinses produce before the next stage in your line.
-   Stainless steel construction is durable and hard-wearing. Designed for strength and cleanability, with minimal horizontal surfaces.
