He lives his passion to deliver exemplary post-sales customer experiences and ensure customers get the full value of their technology investments. Happy has been in the customer success field for more than 25 years and holds a degree in Marketing and Computer Science from Boston College and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. Radu is a technologist at heart with more than 20 years of experience in enterprise SaaS technology. Before joining cleverbridge, Radu was the CTO at Questback, where he pioneered cloud-native services, leading the company´s software, data and analytics transformation journey. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and an MBA from the University of Surrey. “This is an exciting time for cleverbridge as we advance into a new phase of growth,” says cleverbridge CEO and Co-Founder Craig Vodnik. “The strategic moves we’ve made these past 15-plus years have set us up for long-term success.
