These metrics are conversion rate, Average Order Value (AOV), and net revenue. Conversion Rate The conversion rate illustrates the number of initial orders divided by the total number of sessions at the checkout stage. Knowing your conversion rate can provide insights that inform decisions–iterating the checkout process, adjusting marketing, etc.– that help grow your business and, ultimately, your revenue. Net Revenue Net revenue is the total revenue brought in from sales in a set timeframe minus incentives, returns, etc. Net revenue helps demonstrate the financial stability of your business. Average Order Value (AOV) AOV, Average Order Value, tells you the total amount of each order on average.
