We have been lucky enough to build up great networks over the last few years and would like to give you the opportunity to learn from - and be inspired by - people we know who are willing to sharing their expertise and knowledge with us. **What can you expect from** **“****The Growth Cast?****” **Stories about growth, of course! We are focused on growth; whether it is in business or personal life, we'll share stories of people who have helped grow online revenues and businesses. We'll also talk about failures, learnings and leadership journeys of some of the most inspiring people we know.  **Who are you guys? **We're just two dudes trying to make their way through this (eCommerce) world. I am passionate about everything digital, particularly when it comes to ecommerce and dad jokes. I work as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with cleverbridge, helping our clients maximize their online and recurring revenue. I work remotely out of our Chicago office, and I am expecting my first child this winter.  [**Todd**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/toddgarcia-cxnerd/) – I get excited about all things ecommerce and relationship management. I have been working for cleverbridge for more than 10 years, starting in Customer Service, and now as a key member of the Account Management team. On the side, I do some acting. You may have seen me as a handy dad in a Home Depot commercial or as an injured lawn care specialist in Chicago Fire. Currently, I am enrolled in an MBA program at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. So our marketing team asked us if we’d like to host a podcast for cleverbridge. Of course, we strong-armed them into several rewards. Truly though, we are both happy to produce this podcast under the cleverbridge flag - and it’ll help the pod grow faster too! As a result, we’re launching the Growth Cast in tandem with our new brand. We then thought it’d be kind of cool to kick off this cleverbridge chapter with our very own Co-Founder and CEO Craig Vodnik and Dominik Schwarz, Partner at EMH Partners, cleverbridge’s new majority investor. This episode focuses on the growth cleverbridge has experienced thus far and our future growth with EMH. However, the Growth Cast will not just be ‘about’ cleverbridge. We will cover a multitude of interesting and relevant topics. For our first episode though, this subject felt like the right move, as we approach a kind of new beginning for the company we call home. **How often will you hear from us?**  We plan to release episodes on a monthly basis.
