## What Sets Us Apart

##### Building Homes. Shaping Communities.

Founded in 2010 in Orlando by TJ Davila, Davila Homes is an award-winning luxury builder with over a decade of experience building at Bella Collina and throughout Central Florida, earning a reputation not just for the homes we deliver, but for the neighborhoods they become part of.

##### More Than a Builder

We approach every project as a community developer first. Long before ground is broken, our team of architects, interior designers, landscape architects, lighting consultants, and construction managers works to ensure a home fits not only its owner's vision, but the character of the community it stands in. It is a distinction that shapes every decision we make, from site development to completion.

##### Craftsmanship, Verified

Davila Homes is a member of the Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA), the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA), and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), standards we hold ourselves to on every build, at every price point.

##### Homes Designed for The Life You’re Living

Whether you're drawn to a proven floor plan or an entirely custom design, our promise remains the same: homes designed for the life you're living. Our team guides you from first sketch to final walkthrough, matching architectural style and scale to the life you've chosen at Bella Collina.ular home filled with luxury inclusions that achieve a grand experience all within your budget.
