We also agree to co-op with our Realtor community; however, we think it is equally important to be very clear as to what role the Realtor must play to earn a commission. First and foremost being the procuring cause of the client being introduced to Bella Collina is a must. We have attached a very detailed agreement for our Realtors to understand the criteria.
